Quality: Our custom hand built real wood shutter is our finest product. It should not be considered a mere window covering, it is fine furniture for your windows! Nobody will remember your blinds in your window, but everyone will comment on and remember your beautiful shutters.

Finish: The finish coatings for our shutters are designed for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry where durability, toughness, and mar resistance are required.

Louver Options: 2-1/2” 3-1/2” and 4-1/2” louver sizes available. The louvers are contoured and are 7/16” thick.

Rails: Our rails are a full 4” high and ¾” thick to provide greater surface contact and durability.

Stiles: The stiles are beaded with a solid 2”x1-1/16” construction for warp resistance, strength and durability.

Rabbetted Stiles: Allows two panels to overlap, providing a tight custom fit, without the need for additional wood strips.

Biscuited Joints: All joints are plate jointed using expanding wood biscuits. The surface area for this method of jointing is larger and stronger than those assembled using dowel pins.

Hardware: We mortise the hinges to provide an inset and more attractive mounting. The hinges are available in a variety of colors and finishes.

Frames and mounting strips: We provide a decorative frame or a 1×1 hanging strip. Either included at no additional charge.

Up or Down closure: Our wood shutter is built with ability to close in the up and down directions with minimal light gaps.

Colors: We offer five standard colors but for a nominal up-charge we can custom match any paint color you desire.

Warranty: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the materials and workmanship and seven years on the finish.
